The bread was just as good as I'd hoped, and easier than I'd expected as well. It was actually really fun to make. While it tasted very good fresh from the oven, it was ten times better after a few hours when it had cooled completely. The flavors were much more pronounced.

ReplyDeleteOn a different note, but pesto-related, I had the BEST scrambled eggs with pesto, cheese and tomato added to them (would that be an omelet then?). Next time you have leftover pesto, I highly recommend this!
