Dan has taken the girls mini-golfing a few times and the girls love it. When we decided to go as a family a couple weeks ago, Alta was a little concerned that I was coming. We actually had to convince her that it would be fun to go as a family rather than just a daddy-daughter date.

And we did have fun, especially with Alta saying things like this:

Referring to her, Ellie, and Dan, "The three of us are really good at golfing! Mommy? Ugh. No."

A little later after I took a shot and missed the hole she said to Dan, "Why did we even let her come?"
