-In preschool, Alta was learning about springtime and flowers blooming. She came home and asked me, "If you get hair wet, does it grow?".
-Alta: "Ellie's bagel is magic, cause it turned into mine!"
-I read "The Giving Tree" to Alta the other day. Immediately after I finished the last page ("And the tree was happy."), Alta said matter-of-factly, "But he wasn't, cause he didn't have anything anymore".
