Soft Pretzels

I've tried a few recipes for homemade soft pretzels, and this is by far my favorite. I won't post the whole recipe, just the link. The recipe is from Alton Brown with a cinnamon-sugar variation by Our Best Bites. The sweet version was delicious and a fun change, but I really like the classic, chewy, lightly salted pretzels.

Make these. They are worth it.
