Carb addict

I'm totally hooked on this bread. It is so, so easy. Mix (no kneading!) the dough, let it rise on your countertop for a couple hours, then stick in the fridge for up to two weeks. That means I can have fresh-baked bread any time I want.

You could actually just get the book from the library (or from me) and copy the master recipe. There are a bunch of other recipes but the main one is so good that I never make the others.

I like to make it into loaves with my baguette pan.

And dipped in some high-quality olive oil? Heaven, my friends.

You have a baguette pan? Very domestic. I may just have to try this recipe. Marcus has been begging me to make bread but I'm a bit overwhelmed. Maybe I should start with this one.

Yeah, that pretty much looks amazing. Gorgeous counter tops, too. :)
