Home again

After a very long day in airports and on planes, Alta and I made it back to Manassas. Let me tell you some of my favorite things about coming home:

• Finding numerous "attempted delivery" notices from FedEx on my front door.
• Walking into my apartment after having the heat turned off for 10 days.
• Realizing not only did I forgot to have my mail stopped, but my mailbox key is nowhere to be found.
• Looking for something, anything, to eat for dinner in my fridge, freezer, pantry, and cupboards.
• Going to the grocery store hungry, tired, and with a very grumpy baby.

But it's good to be home, and it was a very fun trip. I'll put up pictures tomorrow.
