Fall colors

Two weekends ago we drove the Alpine Loop with the girls. We were already in Provo for a frisbee game, so we started from Provo Canyon. It was gorgeous. It reminded me of the leaves changing in Virginia. We may not have the volume of trees that they do out there, but the mountains as a backdrop definitely make up for it.

We didn't stop to take pictures because I know my photography skills wouldn't do it justice. We did go to Cascade Springs though. The girls loved running around the trails. They came home with their pockets stuffed full of colorful leaves.

I can't squat or kneel down to take pictures of my kids, bah. A side effect of knee surgery!
